Project Review

We only take on translation projects that fall within our area of expertise. That means we always review the source text before accepting the job! We may be able to refer you to another translator if we are unable to work on your project for any reason.

Project Discussion

After review of your source text, we will discuss with you the details of your project, such as deadlines, target audience, terminology, file format and other specific requirements as well as pricing, payment, terms and conditions.

Our pricing is based on your original (source) text and depends on the length and complexity of the content. Our transparent price policy means that you will know the total amount before work begins. There are no hidden fees or surprises down the road!

Of course, our project review and price quote are always FREE of charge.

Translation

Your text is then translated. We will contact you with any questions that may arise during the course of our work. We never assume and always clarify context and terminology to make sure we get it right!

Proofreading

Check, check and check again! First, the translator will check the completed translation for linguistic, spelling and grammar accuracy. Then it is proofread by a native speaker of the target language, paying special attention to local expressions and language flow. After all, to your target audience, the finished text shouldn't read like a translation but instead like a text originally written in their language.

Finalization, Delivery and Payment

The translation is finalized in the agreed file format and returned to you together with our invoice. 

We offer convenient payment options for all our clients, regardless of location. Customers living in the US may send a check or money order, or pay via ACH bank transfer. Clients residing outside the United States can pay in their local currency directly into a local bank account depending on their location.
